Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear participants!
1. Postpay 60 calendar days after the parties have signed the Acts of Completion.

3. it is obligatory to complete the whole complex of works as a whole (in one lot)
4. It is obligatory to provide estimate calculations made in the GRAND estimate, confirming the cost of the commercial proposal.
5. The total deadline for the completion and delivery of works is up to 30.06.21
6. The warranty period for the work performed must be 24 months (from the moment the parties sign the acts of work performed).

Within the framework of the Contract for the performance of work concluded as a result of the Tender (in accordance with the internal regulations of JSC "Tander"): a Guarantee withholding is provided in the amount of 5% of the cost of work under the Contract (in case of non-performance or improper performance of the Contract). The payment of the guarantee amount is carried out 365 calendar days after the parties sign the acts of work performed.
Provision of estimate calculations made in the GRAND estimate, confirming the cost of the commercial proposal.

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
