Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Mandatory conditions for the spacecraft:
non-cash form of payment
it is mandatory to perform the entire complex of works as a whole (one lot)
It is mandatory to provide the estimated calculations made in the GRAND estimate, confirming the cost of the commercial offer.
The total term of completion and delivery of works — up to 30.06.21
Other requirements and explanations:
"The warranty period for the work performed should be 24 months (from the moment the parties sign the acts of work performed).
Sections of the Working documentation of the KM brand for objects are in the appendix (if you need to provide additional information, send a request).
Within the framework of the Contract for the performance of Works concluded as a result of the Tender (according to the internal regulations of JSC "Tander"): a Guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the cost of works under the Contract is provided (in case of non-performance or improper performance of the Contract). Payment of the guarantee amount is made 365 calendar days after the parties sign the acts of work performed.
Providing estimated calculations made in the GRAND estimate, confirming the cost of the commercial offer.

Information on the type of fencing used (briefly) - is in the attachment of 100% post-payment in 60 calendar days after the signing of the Acts of work performed by the parties."
