Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

To participate in the procurement procedure, the following documents must be reinforced:
1. Commercial offer on the letterhead of the organization with the following information:
- term of work execution in calendar days;
- cost in rubles excluding VAT (indicating the system of taxation);
- warranty period for work;
- payment terms (recommended requirements of Rusagro Group Postpayment, deferred payment 30 working days);
- an acceptable amount of penalties; $
- willingness to work according to the standard form of LLC "Tambov bacon".
2. Reference list for similar projects.
3. Balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
4. Estimated calculation
