Payment terms:1. It is possible to make an advance payment for the relocation of equipment, purchase of material, purchase of a tool for the construction site (based on the settlement provided by the Contractor and agreed with the Customer), but not more than 10% of the cost of the work on the Contract. The duty of the Customer to transfer the advance to the Contractor arises after the provision of a bank guarantee on the form of the Customer, pre-agreed by the Customer and subject to the prior signing by the Parties of the Advance Order. The cost of issuing a Bank Guarantee is borne by the Contractor.
2. Work is paid in the following order (recommended option):
2.1. 93% of the value of the completed volumes of work during 90 calendar days from the date of the end of the month in which the acts of the form OF KS-2, KS-3, are signed;
2.2. 7% of the value of the completed volumes of work is kept for a warranty period of 24 months.
Withholding this guarantee payment is not a delay in the Customer's obligations. The customer has the right to deduct the amount of the guarantee payment in the account to be paid by the Contractor of sanctions and penalties.
7. Hidden works to make an act.
8. During the production process, the customer's specialists will record all the actual volumes of work actually completed.
The surrender and acceptance of the completed works is carried out at the end of the work and is issued by the parties signing the Acts of completed works (forms OF KSNo2, KSNo3), on the basis of the agreed and signed executive documentation for the completed volume of work.
