2. Purpose of work:
2.1. Manufacturing and installation of containers in the emergency discharge room of the POT warehouse of pitch No. 3 with all construction and installation works in accordance with the attached project documentation specified in Appendix p.

3. Scope and list of works.
3.1. Before starting the main construction and installation work, it is necessary to perform the following dismantling work:
• Pumping units Du200v, quantity 4 pcs., With a total weight of 3080 kg;
Pipeline accessories:
• DN400 in a quantity of 8 pcs., With a total weight of 1810kg;
• Du350 in a quantity of 1 piece, with a total weight of 170 kg;
• Du250 in a quantity of 1 piece, with a total weight of 80kg;
• Du150 in a quantity of 1 piece, with a total weight of 32kg;
Pipelines:
• Ø402х9.0 with a total length of 36 linear meters;
• Ø351х9.0 with a total length of 4m;
• Ø245x7.0 with a total length of 11m;
• Ø209х6.0 with a total length of 4m;
• Ø159x4.5 with a total length of 11m;
3.2. Before dismantling the pumping equipment, inspect and inspect the existing lifting equipment.
3.3. Execute the construction part in accordance with the attached section of the ST (TC013) 13840 KM project, except for clause 11, sheet 1.
3.4. Make two containers for draining the pitch according to the section of the project
НС 013.13840.00 СБ.
3.5. Carry out piping of tanks and installation of shut-off valves in accordance with the section of the project TS 013.13840.
3.6. The basis for calculating the cost of work is the scope of work specified in clauses 3.1.-3.5., Attached sections of the project to this TOR and the TOR itself. The contractor independently develops the estimate documentation. The work provided for by the project and this TOR and not reflected in the estimate documentation cannot be considered additional.
3.7. If it is necessary to perform additional work that is not provided for by this assignment and the project, the Contractor performs them according to a separate assignment of the Customer with the preparation of an estimate with indices and coefficients used in the estimate for the implementation of the main volume of work provided for by this assignment.

4. Supply of materials and construction equipment for this work.
4.1. The work is carried out using the material and equipment of the Contractor.
4.2. Construction and lifting equipment, installation equipment, mechanisms for loading work, tools and all consumables for them (oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials), PPE, electric welding, gas-cutting and other equipment necessary for the work is provided by the Contractor
4.3. Removal of garbage of all categories, to landfills for receiving industrial waste, is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon the preliminary request of the Contractor. The costs for the disposal of garbage of all categories, at landfills for receiving industrial waste, are borne by the Customer.
4.4. Loading of garbage, scrap metal formed after dismantling and construction works is carried out by the forces and mechanisms of the Contractor. The delivery of scrap metal to the collection point on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC is carried out by the Contractor.
4.5. In case of justified comments to the personnel on the quality of the work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as violations of an administrative nature, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.

5. Terms of work and payment.
Completion of work - June 2021.


6. Acceptance.
The work is considered to be completed in full after the start-up tests and the signing by the Parties of the Act on the acceptance of the completed work of the form (KS-2; KS-Z) and the submission of the executive documentation in accordance with clause 10.7.
7.Warranty obligations for the work performed:
- 12 months from the date of completion of the work performed.


8. Requirements for the submitted offers.
The contractor must indicate in the TCH the terms of work, the cost of work, as well as the terms of payment.

10. Requirements for the Contractor
10.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
10.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable for the representatives of the Contractor to arrive at the Customer.
10.3. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
10.4. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIFs in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
10.5. Provision of health and safety measures, safe methods of work at the facility.
10.6. Before issuing a work permit for work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (order for appointment to a position in the contractor, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or availability of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of labor protection services.
10.7. After the completion of the work, the contractor hands over to the customer the as-built documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06. and other regulatory documents.
10.8. Provision of warranty obligations for at least 12 months.
10.9. Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in a special certificate of training and passing exams in certification commissions.

11. Safety of work.
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules for labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where - lifting structures are used;
- electrical installation rules;
- fire safety rules;
- rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the performance of work, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the regulation "On the use of permit orders in the performance of high-risk work at EPM-NEZ JSC".
