Comments:
A commercial offer must be submitted as part of:
1. A cover letter indicating the cost of work and a detailed cost estimate;
2. A completed offer card;
3. Completed calculation of the contract price;
4. In accordance with the security policy of Polymetal Holding, as part of the submission of a commercial proposal, the Bidder must also provide the following documents:
- Consent issued on a letterhead and sealed with a seal to the processing of personal data addressed to the Managing Director of LLC Kutynskaya GGK Pekus Sergey Albertovich from the head and all founders of your organization;
- Charter (in the latest edition) with all changes and additions;
- Certificate of state registration (OGRN assignment);
- Tax Registration Certificate;
- The decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
Letter from the Federal Service for State Statistics on the assignment of codes;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
- Bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;
4. Extract from the SRO register

This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
