Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Mandatory conditions:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. Specify the warranty for materials and work performed
3. Provide a technical and commercial proposal in accordance with the terms of reference, indicating the unit prices for the device of the M.P. fencing, with details and the cost of the material
4. Consent to perform all types of work in accordance with the terms of reference
5. Confirm membership in the SRO to perform the function of a General Contractor (for the SMR, for design) in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the SRO to perform the relevant design and construction and installation work.
6. Confirm the availability of construction equipment required to perform the work
7. Provide a reference list on previously commissioned infrastructure facilities
8. Confirm that the employees involved in the work have valid qualification certificates (protocols) and training on labor protection, fire safety (fire-technical minimum),
electrical safety, industrial safety, special types of work (work at height, etc.)."
9. Experience in performing SMR similar to the object specified in the terms of reference
10. The deadline for the completion of construction and installation works (specify the deadline in calendar days)
11. Validity period of the Commercial Proposal (in calendar days)

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
