Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:· An advance payment in the amount of 50% of the price of materials purchased by the Participant for the performance of work is paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties.
· Within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Contractor of a notification of the readiness of materials for shipment, the Customer pays an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the price of materials purchased by the Contractor for the execution of this Agreement.
· Payments for the work performed will be made monthly, based on the actually completed scope of work, which will be confirmed by the Acts of intermediate acceptance of work performed (form KS-2),
signed by the Parties, minus the amount of the advance (the cost of paid materials), deducted proportionally from each account, as well as the amount of the guarantee deduction.
· Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant act and submission by the Contractor of the original invoice.
· "Guarantee withholding" - the amount retained by the Customer in each reporting period, starting from the first month of performance of work by the Participant, in the amount of 3% (three percent) of the amount of work performed for the reporting period, which is subject to return by the Customer to the Participant after one year from the moment the work is completed in full.
· Within 5 (five) calendar days after receiving an advance payment (in full or in part) from the Customer, the Participant must issue an invoice to the Customer for this amount. The date of payment is the day when funds are debited from the correspondent account of the Customer's bank.
Delivery terms:Start date of work: July 10, 2021.

The participant must provide a schedule for the execution of work, indicating the stages and terms of implementation of each stage, as well as the total time for performing the work.
Ensure high-quality performance of work in accordance with the technology of work, applicable standards and specifications, the requirements of Russian legislation, regional regulations, applicable rules and regulations governing the procedure for performing work.
Ensure that the work is carried out by qualified and duly certified personnel. In the process of performing work, observe the rules for the use of nonresident labor force established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the rules of the access regime in force on the territory of the Customer.
Ensure the timely delivery of all materials, equipment, inventory, components and construction equipment for temporary import necessary for the performance of work. Using our own forces and means to ensure their acceptance (including quality control), unloading, warehousing and accounting in compliance with all Russian standards for unloading, storage and safety precautions.
All supplied materials and equipment must comply with the estimate documentation for the facility, have appropriate certificates, passports, instructions, certificates of quality and conformity, protocols
tests and other documents certifying their quality. Copies of these certificates, etc., must be provided to the Customer.
All supplied equipment must have: passports for equipment; instructions for the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment in Russian; copies of certificates of conformity; operation and maintenance manuals.
· Delivery-acceptance of the work performed is carried out by the Parties by signing an Act of acceptance of work performed (unified form KS-2), a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (unified form KS-3), issuing an invoice by the Participant.
Upon completion of the work, provide the Customer with the following documents certified by the signature and seal:
· Executive documentation and documents confirming the quality of the equipment and materials used;
· Certificate of acceptance of work performed (unified form KS-2);
· Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (unified form KS-3)
· Invoice, invoice.
