Dear sirs,

We invite you to take part in the qualification selection for the selection of a general contractor to perform work in the Avito office with an approximate area of 2,218.5 sq.m. at the address: Moscow, Lesnaya str., 7.

As part of the bid, you must provide:
- completed Bidder's application form,
- company portfolio,
- statutory documents and accounting statements.

Based on the results of the prequalification, a short list of suppliers will be identified for the invitation to tender procedure in order to conclude a contract for 12 months with the possibility of prolongation.

This request is not an invitation to conclude an agreement (offer), is not a competitive bidding process, tender or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Avito (KEH Ecommerce LLC) reserves the right not to choose a winner under this procedure and not to accept any of the proposals received.

By submitting the bid, you confirm your agreement with these terms.
