Payment terms:100% payment upon completion of the work within 10 banking days from the date of signing the act of completed work and the Contractor's invoice. If it is impossible to fulfill the payment terms upon completion of the work. We are ready to consider other options.
Delivery terms:All works are carried out on the territory of the OSP facility at the address: Volgograd region, Uryupinsk, 99/2 Mountain Vostochnaya str. Delivery of the materials used must be included in the cost of the work.

Comments:
The price of Goods, Works, Services, as well as other conditions of the Technical and Commercial Proposal are not subject to change during the entire period of validity of the Technical and Commercial Proposal. The required validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is 60 days.
If the Call for Bid Bidder provides for payment terms with an advance payment, the Call forBid Bidder must confirm and provide for the provision of a Bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment in the Technical and Commercial Proposal. The contract is concluded only on condition and after providing the original Bank Guarantee in accordance with the requirements of the Bid Notice, in the absence of a Bank Guarantee, the decision on the choice of the winner is canceled.
Warranty conditions in accordance with the Requirements Specification.
With the Commercial offer in the attached form, estimates are submitted in a format compatible with the GRAND Estimate software package and separately in Microsoft Office Excel format.
Documents must be attached to the bid according to the list of documents, questionnaires are filled in.
This request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
