Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
the quotation must conform to the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Name, location (for a legal entity), surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (for a natural person), bank details of the participant;
2. Price: (In the KP specify with VAT or without VAT);
3. Delivery time (in working or calendar days);
4. Warranty Period/shelf life (for tmsc, works, services, etc.);
5. Payment terms: 100% deferred payment not earlier than 21 (twenty-one) working days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
6. Business Reputation Data: Implemented projects, experience of working with Rusagro GC, readiness to provide a complete set of documents of financial and tax reporting (attachment of reports for the years 2016-2017 is obligatory);
7. All information from TK should be contained in the commercial proposal (otherwise the CP will not be accepted for consideration);
8. Date of preparation and validity of the offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
9. Acceptable amount of penalties for violation of the term of performance of obligations;
10. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
