Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Оплата аванса производится в размере 70% в срок не позднее 38 (тридцати восьми) рабочих дней после предоставления счета подрядной организацией. Окончательная оплата производится в размере 30% на основании полученных счетов в течение 53 (пятидесяти трех) рабочих дней с момента подписания Сторонами соответствующих актов по приемке работ.
