Auto-extension

Payment terms:
• Advance payment in the amount of 60% (sixty percent) of the contract price shall be paid within a period of not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the date of dispatch of the turbochargers to the contractor, subject to invoicing by the contractor. Final payment at the rate of 40% (forty percent) of the amount of the contract within 10 (ten) banking days from the receipt of the turbochargers customer and signing of the Act of the executed works.
Delivery terms:
date (schedule) of work performance: November 2017 years. Within 10 days from the date of receipt of the turbochargers. The date of receipt of the equipment the contractor notifies the customer in the same day. The contract price includes: all costs associated with the execution of the terms of the contract, including: VAT 18%, spare parts, packaging, shipping repaired equipment to YAMAL, Priuralsky, art. Labytnangi, 28990 code, insurance charges, customs duties, fees and charges, other expenses of the supplier. Price does not include shipping turbochargers to the cargo terminal LTD "zheldorekspeditsiya" located as close as possible to the place of execution of works.
