Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

In case of an advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles with VAT, the Supplier/Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in the Top 10 bank based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification, the conduct of the request for a commercial offer.
According to the requirements of the Technical specification, the period of production of works is 30 calendar days (July 2020 - August 2020).

Be sure to attach all documentation according to the request for a commercial offer. Participants who have not made an exit to objects for familiarization with volumes of works, are not allowed to tender.

This Request for Business Proposals is submitted in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizers (Trade Procedure) within the framework of the application of the request procedure for commercial offers, $ which (like the tender being conducted) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code, nor is it a public competition and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code RF.
