Auto-extension

Comments: 1. The offer is submitted in the form attached in the Call for Bidding documents. The submitted proposal in the framework of the first stage should consist of a technical part, certified by the signature of the head with an impression of the seal. The list and composition of works should be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.)
2. The offer must strictly comply with the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TA and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.
3. Ural Steel JSC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the system of Diadocs (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
4. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participation in the Call for Bidding, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such an Agreement may be terminated.
5. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as to accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as to reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as to cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
6. In accordance with the policy of Ural Steel JSC on industrial safety, companies that have passed accreditation No. 396 and 645 "Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety Accreditation" and "General accreditation" are allowed to perform work on the territory of enterprises.
