Essential terms of participation:
1. The Contractor performs the work on his own and by means of his materials, with the involvement of some materials of the Customer. All materials, equipment and machinery used by the Contractor to provide services must have certificates, tech. passports and other documents satisfying their quality.
2. Equipment maintenance is carried out by the Contractor. Filling of cylinders with oxygen is carried out by the Contractor in the Heat-Power Shop and is released strictly on invoices. The cost of refueling is paid under the Agreement.
3. Utility payments for the use of electricity are paid by the Contractor separately, in accordance with applicable tariffs.
4. When performing the work, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the applicable laws in the field of safety, environmental protection, and fire safety. The Contractor is obliged to compensate for damage caused through his fault due to non-compliance with these standards.
5. It is necessary to ensure honey. surveys of the Contractor’s employees, for which there is sufficient reason to believe that they are intoxicated (smell of alcohol from the mouth, unstable poses, speech disturbance, pronounced trembling of the fingers, a sharp change in the color of the skin of the face, behavior that does not correspond to the situation) 6. The contractor is obliged to ensure the cleanliness of the railway tracks, the site of work and the adjacent territory. Garbage removal is carried out by the Contractor.
