Essential conditions for participation:
1. The contractor performs the work on his own and using his own materials, with the involvement of some of the Customer's materials. All materials, equipment and machinery used by the Contractor for the provision of services must have certificates, tech. passports and other documents satisfying their quality.
2. Equipment maintenance is carried out by the Contractor. Refueling of oxygen cylinders is carried out by the Contractor in the Heat Power Shop and is released strictly according to the waybills. The cost of refueling is paid under the Agreement.
3. Utility payments for the use of electricity are paid by the Contractor separately, according to the current tariffs.
4. When performing work, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the norms of the current legislation in the field of safety, environmental protection, and fire safety, the Contractor is obliged to compensate for damage caused by his fault due to non-compliance with these standards.
5. Provide employees with information regarding the daily passage of breathalyzers at the checkpoints on the territory of the plant (entrance-exit).
For workers for whom there is sufficient reason to believe that they are intoxicated (smell of alcohol from the mouth, unstable posture, speech impairment, severe trembling of fingers, a sharp change in the color of the skin of the face, behavior that does not correspond to the situation), it is necessary to provide honey .certification.
6. The contractor is obliged to ensure the cleanliness of the railway tracks, the work area and the territory adjacent to it. Garbage removal is carried out by the Contractor with the involvement of his own equipment or leased under his own Contracts.
