Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the perpetrator within one working day of the month following the settlement month, provides the customer with a report on the actual services provided, Act of acceptance of the services rendered and expense. Based on the two sides of the taking over certificate of rendered services the customer is obliged to pay the received invoice within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of services rendered.
Delivery terms:treaty settlement period is considered to be a calendar month. Value of services rendered for the billing period is determined by the number of minutes processed hits Executive specialists.
