2) At the end of the closed request for proposals, a protocol is drawn up on the conduct of the tender procedure with the determination of 1, 2, 3 places. Competitive evaluation criteria are:
- The cost of performing services for 1 res
- the counterparty's ability to fulfill its obligations under the contract
The winner of the procedure is determined by the final decision of the Tender Committee.
3) Please, after the first participant has submitted an offer, which must be less than the indicated cost by the size of the step:
• from 1 to 1,000 rubles - 50 rubles
• from 1 001 to 25 000 rubles - 200 rubles
• from 25,001 rubles to 80,000 rubles - 500 rubles
• from 80,001 rubles to 140,000 rubles - 1,000 rubles
• Over 140,001 rubles - 2,000 rubles
the initial cost, the second participant should submit an offer with a lower price (by the size of the step). In case of submission of the same prices, priority will be given to the participant who submitted the offer first
4) The participant of the procedure can repeatedly send his updated proposals.
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
