1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by the TCH with the annexes and contain key information on the scope of services provided (a summary estimate), conditions and terms for the provision of services.
2) Please carefully read the standard version of the service contract. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the proposed edition.
3) TCH is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
