Documents required to demand loading, in the request for proposals:
- copy of certificate of State registration (REGISTRATION)
- a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority accounting (INN)
- a copy of the minutes of the meeting of founders on appointment of Director (or a copy of a power of Attorney for signing the contract, the order of appointment)
- a copy of the Constitution (the first three and the last sheet sheet)
- a copy of the licence (if any)
- a copy of an extract from the unified State Register of the legal entities (within one month)
- bank details (map of pre-I)
- financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement) with the receipt of admission tax inspection for the last reporting date
- tax declaration VAT tax on profit for the last reporting date with receipt for admission to tax inspection
- help on payments of taxes, fees, penalties and interest have elapsed with the tax inspection for a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of issue of the help
The procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
