This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer. The procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-ФЗ "On Procurement of Goods, Work, Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as by the provisions of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 as of April 5, 2013. Bidders who submitted a proposal out of time and / or in violation of the procedures of the tender organizing company and / or evaluations that do not meet the selected criteria may be excluded from the bidding process. To consider a commercial proposal, you must provide:
1. This statement of work and its annexes with comments on compliance Yes / No.
2. A completed price table and / or estimate. Appendix 2_Table and Warranty Chart.
3. Schedule of delivery and execution of work. Appendix 2_Table and Warranty Chart.
4. PID flow chart indicating delivery boundaries, its description and specification.
5. Technical description of the offer. Technical and design characteristics of equipment, materials used.
6. The proposal should indicate the need for energy (electricity, water, compressed air, etc.), as well as other auxiliary and consumables during normal operation.
7. Reference list confirming the experience of performing such work.

The lack of required documents is the basis for reducing the tender evaluation
