The contractor is required to do the work in-house. The solicitation of third parties is permitted only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Contractor/Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the Customer's request, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax records for the most recent reporting period certified by the tax authority.
In the event that the tax records are not available or do not provide sufficient certainty of the integrity of the Contractor, the Customer may request other documents to prove the Contractor's ability to carry out work on its own, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with a copy of the employment contracts of the persons employed to perform the work, information on the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/machinery, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
The cost of the materials and equipment used, including transport and storage costs, is confirmed by payment documents when the work is completed. The cost of materials and equipment is reimbursed to the Contractor based on the actual selling cost of the purchase, including transportation and storage costs based on accounting, warehousing and production accounting, taking into account optimal delivery patterns, but not more than the amount required by the estimated documentation and the price of the Contract.
- The cost of Contractor's VAT payments to material suppliers and other organizations for the provision of services (VAT compensation) is confirmed by payment documents at the time of receipt works performed. The VAT paid is reimbursed to the Contractor for the actual selling cost of the acquisition of resources and services received based on accounting, warehousing and production data, but no more than the amount provided for in the estimated documentation and the price of the Treaty.
