Payment terms:
1. Payment for work under this Agreement may be made by the Customer by transferring bills to the Contractor. Bills shall be transferred under Transfer and Acceptance Certificate. Delivery terms:

In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
