Payment for the completed work is made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the signing of the acts on the performance of work.
Delivery terms:
1. Repairs are carried out with the Contractor's materials and equipment. 2. The repair period-according to the schedule agreed with the Customer. 3. The warranty period is at least 24 months. 4. Availability of qualified personnel, special equipment, as well as experience in carrying out such repairs. 5. The participant who took part in the procedure (who made an offer) must provide an estimated calculation. 6. In addition to the commercial offer, provide statutory documents. 7. It is mandatory to have a SRO. 8. The Contractor provides and coordinates with the Customer the project of the organization of works (ERP). 9. At the end of the work, the contractor provides the executive (technical) documentation for the repair of the transformer. 10. When submitting the TAP, specify the time period for the completion of the work and the delivery of the equipment.
