Payment terms:1) Payment works under this agreement may be effected by the customer through the transfer of Contractor bills. Transfer of bills of Exchange is carried out on the Act of acceptance. Since the transfer of bills the customer shall be deemed discharged its obligation to pay for the work.
2. Payments for work performed, produced by the customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of the acts on execution of works.
Delivery terms:1. Repairs are materials contractor. 2. the period of repairs-negotiated with the customer schedule. 3. The warranty period is not less than 24 months. 4. The availability of qualified personnel, specialized equipment, as well as the experience of such repairs.
