Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. Оплата по Договору осуществляется следующим образом: [СУ]
1.1.Авансовый платеж за Услуги выплачивается в размере 10% от стоимости Договора, в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора, при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
1.2.Оплата за оказанные Услуги в размере 90% от их стоимости по Договору производится Заказчиком в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки Услуг при условии получения счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
