Обоснование: Победителем процедуры открытого запроса предложений признается Участник, предложивший наименьшую цену с учетом результатов проведенной процедуры переторжки.
По результатам проведенной процедуры переторжки предлагается выбрать победителем открытого запроса предложений участника, предложившего наиболее предпочтительное ценовое предложение, а именно ООО «РегионЭлектроКомплект» со стоимостью предложения 45 354 809,07 руб. с НДС.
