Mandatory uploading of the commercial offer by the participating organization.
The winning organization that does not have a valid contract with Izhstal PJSC must upload the following documents to the system within one day, necessary for concluding an agreement:
a) a copy of the charter in the current version with all amendments and additions with a note from the tax authority;
b) copy of state registration certificate of legal entity
c) a copy of the tax registration certificate
d) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities not older than 15 calendar days before the date of submission
e) a copy of the certificate from the tax authorities on tax payments arrears to budgets of all levels;
f) copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the head) (order on the appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign if the documents are signed by a representative by power of attorney
h) copies of documents confirming the authority to supply a certain type of product as an authorized representative of the manufacturer's company. This document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of thanks and feedback from customers on the subject of the Request for Quote (at least 3)
j) copies of QMS (quality management system) certificates of the Participant and the Manufacturer of the proposed products
k) consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Participant and/or the responsible person of the Participant, as well as other persons in respect of whom the Participant provides personal data;
l) other documents that, in the opinion of the Participant, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with appropriate comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents
Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants.
Venue of the procedure: This procedure is carried out electronically on the B2B-Center ETP (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of an electronic trading platform, the Procedure Organizer has the right to accept an offer from such a participant to e-mail IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru, by uploading this offer to the site by yourself through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
¬- The Participant must be registered in the System;
-¬ the offer must be received by e-mail no later than 4 working hours before the deadline for accepting Proposals specified in the Notification, with mandatory notification of this the person in charge by phone.
The documents should include an official letter of appeal to the Procurement Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of its offer and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that The Offer in the System will not be posted by the Participant himself.
