Mandatory loading of a commercial offer by the participating organization.
The winning organization, which does not have a valid contract with PJSC Izhstal within one day, must upload the following documents to the system necessary for the conclusion of the contract:
a) a copy of the charter in the current edition with all amendments and additions with the mark of the tax authority;
b) copy of certificate of state registration of legal entity
c) copy of the certificate of tax registration
d) extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities not older than 15 calendar days prior to the date of provision
e) a copy of the certificate from the tax authorities on debt on tax payments to budgets of all levels;
f) copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the head) (the order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign in case the documents are signed by a representative by proxy
h) copies of documents confirming the authority to deliver a certain type of product as a plenipotentiary representative of the manufacturer's company. Such a document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of thanks and feedback from customers on the subject of the Price Request (at least 3)
j) copies of certificates of QMS (quality management system) of the Participant and Manufacturer of the Proposed Products
k) consent to the processing of personal data from the Head of the Participant and/or the Participant's responsible person, as well as other persons in respect of whom the Participant provides personal data;
l) other documents which, in the opinion of the Participant, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with relevant comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notification of the competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Place of procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form at the B2B-Center ETP group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed by electronic digital signature.
If the Participant does not have a technical opportunity to submit an offer through the functionality of the electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept from such participant an offer to e-mail IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru by downloading this offer on the site by means of the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
¬- Participant must be registered in the System;
-The offer must be received at the e-mail address within a period not later than 4 working hours before the time specified in the Notice of the end of acceptance of the Proposals with mandatory notification of this person in charge on the phone.
The documents should contain a formal letter to the Procurement Organizer to post an electronic version of its offer and to waive any claims related to the fact that The Offer in the System will not be placed by the Member himself.
