Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the payment order by the Buyer in the following order: Payment of 100% upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, within 50 (fifty) calendar days after the Buyer has provided the documents specified in subparagraphs a), b,) c) of clause 6.4. Of the Agreement and the signing of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the Goods (the form is established in Appendix No. 7 to this Agreement).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
