Auto-extension

Payment terms:
- Payment is made after each shipment of recycled raw materials
- Payment shall be made within 5 (5) banking days after the payment documents (invoice, invoice, invoice) are issued by the Supplier

- Buyer undertakes to remove recycled raw materials within 48 hours of receipt of Supplier's request
Comments: When choosing counterparties, preference will be given to those that meet the following conditions:
- The buyer is ready to service all the properties in the relevant lot
- The buyer is ready to remove all the fractions of recycled materials specified in the Technical Specification (in Clause 2 of this TK) of each object in the relevant lot
- The buyer provided the maximum value for the export of recycled raw materials in the amount of all fractions
- Within 10 (10) working days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, the Buyer shall pay the Supplier a security payment for each type of secondary raw material equal to 100% of the average monthly cost shipments from the Supplier's territory.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
