Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Removal of waste not related to MSW.


Contractor requirements:
Provide a valid contract with a specialized waste disposal organization (waste disposal site).

- Provide info. on the availability of special equipment for export
- Disinfection of containers by the Contractor (approximately 1 time per month);
- Compulsory observance of regular waste disposal;
- Providing by the Contractor of the required number of containers for the duration of the contract.


You can improve your offers repeatedly until the deadline for submission of applications.

An electronic digital signature is not required.
Participation is free
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
