Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of an obligation under the contract, the Contractor shall pay the Customer a penalty in the amount of 1% of the cost of work under this contract for each day of delay.

Требования к поставщику:1.Указаны в п. 4 Технического задания (Приложение 1)
2. Наличие техники для погрузки и перемещению отходов, оснащенной навигационной системой GPS/Глонасс.
Производить передачу данных о перемещениях и стоянках автотранспорта на сервер Заказчика или на сервер компании предоставляющей для Заказчика услуги по спутниковому мониторингу автотранспорта.
