Ranking of bids

If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

IMPORTANT! Please note: it is required to indicate the tariff for the export of the specified number of pallets (per flight). It is NOT NECESSARY to set a tariff for 1 pallet.

Specify the rate for the n-th number of pallets. According to the results of the bidding, if you are the winner, the percentage of rejection of your proposal specified in the request for proposals from the Celta tariff is calculated. This% will be applied to the tariff scale for the indicated direction in the context of 1-20 pallets. As a result, an individual tariff scale will be signed with the winner based on his% deviation.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (connected) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
