Payment terms:
The price of goods given without VAT 20%, but includes all costs of packaging, marking, loading and unloading and delivery of goods to the warehouse of OJSC "South Kuzbass Vzryvprom" at: Kiyzak station ZSZHD, station code 864 809, the consignee of "Vzryvprom South Kuzbass", the code of the consignee 3302, OKPO code 47228957. The buyer makes a payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods by the Carrier at the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
The goods are delivered to the warehouse of the Supplier "Vzryvprom South Kuzbass" .Stoimost delivery is included in the price of the goods. The delivery date is the date of transfer of goods to the Purchaser at the time of signing the consignment note (TORG-12) in stock Buyer Mezhdurechensk. Products delivery time: February-March 2019.
The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured.
