Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the delivery shall be made on the next payment day after the expiration of 150 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the original Invoice. Payment days are the 15th day and the penultimate business day of each calendar month.

The quantity stated in the request for quotations may be adjusted downwards. The customer does not undertake to redeem the entire volume, in case the price of the goods does not meet the customer’s expectations in terms of profitability.

It is necessary to upload completed and signed Appendices 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 to the ETP.

The supplier may submit a proposal for any number of positions. Winners will be selected for each position individually.
