Payment terms:in the amount of 100% of the value of each unit of goods - within 30 days from the date of receipt of each unit of goods and original invoices by the "Buyer".

Comments:
1. Acceptance of the text of the Customer's agreement
2. This lot is a price negotiation procedure with the further conclusion of a long-term agreement until December 31, 2021.
3. The approximate amount of the contract is 5,000,000 rubles. without VAT
4. The indicated quantity is not an actual requirement. Increase / decrease possible.
5. The amount of the contract will be determined after agreeing on prices and choosing suppliers.
6. Fixing prices for the duration of the contract.
7. It is preferable to submit proposals for all positions.
8. Each batch of products to be supplied must have the following original accompanying documents:
- certificates of conformity with a blue seal or quality passports with a blue seal, product data sheets, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation - 1 copy.
- original invoice - 1 copy.
- consignment note (form No. TORG-12) - 2 copies.
The invoice and waybill in the form of TORG-12 are transferred to the Buyer along with the products.
9. The customer has the right to refuse to conclude a contract without giving reasons.
10. Delivery will be carried out only upon actual need with the signing of the price list.
11. Payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and original invoices by the "Buyer".
12. Participation in the lot means acceptance of the above conditions in full. In the future, upon conclusion of the agreement, the text of the agreement cannot be changed.
13. The customer reserves the right:
• at any time refuse to continue carrying out this Procurement Procedure, change the conditions for its implementation, not respond to received offers and not give comments, and also refuse to conclude an agreement with the Supplier, whose proposal was recognized as the best based on the results of the Procurement Procedure. At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the Procurement procedure are borne by the Supplier independently, these costs are not reimbursed under any circumstances by the MC LLC "TMS Group".
• Distribute the delivery volumes among the Suppliers who have sent the best commercial offers.
14. Instructions from the manufacturer of the goods.
15. Application of those. descriptions for the product.
16. Sending the original documents to the Buyer's address is obligatory by Express mail.
