JSC "EVRAZ Vanadium Tula" informs that when summing up competitive procedures for the right to conclude a contract, it is taken into account, including the use of a standard contract form developed by the company. The agreement of the standard form of the contract on the part of the Supplier must be in writing. If a participant in competitive procedures has disagreements regarding the content of the standard form, changes should be made to the standard form in the edit mode and sent for consideration.
