Payment terms:1) Desired Payment Terms:
Payment 100% on the fact of arrival at the buyer's warehouse in Magadan, within 10 days from the date of signing the Act-reception-transfer
Delivery terms:Ex-works, Supplier's warehouse
1) When setting up the KP must specify the manufacturer of products, availability, production time, delivery time to the warehouse of the supplier (for each item separately), the dimensions of the cargo (mass, volume, number of containers), the point of dispatch, its attitude to Products (dealer, free seller, etc.);
2) The products must be new, not used and must conform to the technical specifications;
3) Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
certificate;
4) Contract awarding criteria: Cost, delivery time, terms of payment, experience with the supplier;
5) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in packing list (see Example of filling in additional information), to paste packing list on packing with the goods, copies of documents to send
to the Customer via e-mail.
