1. Requirements for the submission of documents - certificate of conformity, quality certificate;
2. Consideration of analogs-Analogs with characteristics no worse than those stated are considered. If an analog is offered, the name of the product is indicated in accordance with the specification, GOST, TU;
3. It is mandatory to specify the manufacturer of the offered products (provide certificates confirming the quality of the products);
4. The validity period of the TAP is at least 30 days;
5. Acceptance of products to the warehouse-Acceptance and payment of products is carried out after the implementation of the entrance control at the buyer's warehouse;
