Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Non-cash payment. Advance payment is not foreseen, proposals implying advanced payment will not be considered. Term of payment for the products within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the products by the buyer.
Delivery terms:
the planned delivery time within 20 calendar days from receipt of the written request of the buyer at the address of the provider. Shipped products must be new, previously unused, RUSSIAN production, manufacturing no earlier than 2017 onwards.
