Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% of the cost of Works and Services is made upon completion of the work within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works / services.

Comments:
The procurement organizer selects the winner of the procurement procedure for each Lot for the full volume of the billet for each Lot(s) or for part of the Lot(s), depending on the availability of equipment (LZK) from the contractors.

According to the results of the commercial evaluation of the proposals of the Procurement Participants, several stages of re-bidding can be carried out.

Only participants who meet the qualification requirements are allowed to re-order.

Be sure to send documents for the equipment that will be specified in the application (Appendix No. 1 in the package of procurement documentation).

We recommend contacting the organizer of the procurement procedure for clarifications on the documents that are necessary to confirm the compliance of the procurement participant with the qualification requirements.
