Comments:
Unconditional acceptance of the draft contract for the supply of products of PJSC Izhstal.
Mandatory uploading of a commercial offer by a participating organization.
The winning organization, which does not have a valid contract with PJSC Izhstal, must upload the following documents to the system within one day, necessary for concluding the contract:
a) a copy of the charter in the current version with all amendments and additions marked by the tax authority;
b) a copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity
c) a copy of the certificate of tax registration
d) an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities no older than 15 calendar days before the date of submission
e) a copy of a certificate from tax authorities on arrears of tax payments to budgets of all levels;
f) copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (hereinafter referred to as the head) (appointment order and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment))
g) a copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign if the documents are signed by a representative of the power of attorney
h) copies of documents confirming the authority to supply a certain type of product as an authorized representative of the manufacturer's company. Such a document is a dealer certificate, dealer certificate, etc. (
i) copies of acknowledgements and feedback from customers on the subject of the Price Request (at least 3)
j) copies of QMS (quality management system) certificates Bidder and Manufacturer of the offered products
k) consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Bidder and/or the responsible person of the Bidder, as well as other persons in respect of whom the Bidder provides personal data;
l) other documents that, in the Bidder's opinion, confirm its compliance with the established requirements, with appropriate comments explaining the purpose of providing these documents

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Location of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the B2B-Center Platform E-Marketplace group (www.b2b-center.ru ). Bidders' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
If the Bidder does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of an electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a Bidder to an e-mail address IZH-B2B@izhstal.ru , having independently uploaded this offer to the site through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
- The Bidder must be registered in the System;
- the Offer must be received by e-mail no later than 4 business hours before the deadline for accepting Offers specified in the Notification, with mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents must include an official letter of appeal to the Call for Bidding Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of their offer and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be placed by the Bidder himself.
