1. The product must be new, not used, free from the rights of third parties, comply with the standards of the Russian Federation, the specifications of the manufacturer;

3. Certificate of Conformity, quality passport, safety data sheet, dealer certificates - required;
4. The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport. This packaging must ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage;
5. Requirements for the form of the contract - according to the form of the buyer.
After determining the best terms of delivery, minimum prices, a contract and specification will be concluded.
