Payment terms:	Advance payment for the provision of the Services of the first stage in the amount of 50% of the cost of the stage. After the acceptance of the Services of the first stage, the Customer within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of acceptance of these Services transfers to the Contractor the remaining 50% of the cost of the stage. Further, an advance payment for the provision of the Services of the second stage in the amount of 50% of the cost of the stage within 5 (Five) banking days from the date of acceptance of these Services transfers to the Contractor the remaining 50% of the cost of the 2nd stage.
Delivery terms:	The beginning of the provision of Services under the Agreement - within 10 business days from the date of signing the Agreement. The Contractor agrees with the Customer on the specific start date of stages 1 and 2 of the Services by e-mail specified in clause 8.14 of the Agreement, and the start date of each of the stages cannot be later than 20 business days from the date of signing the Agreement.
