The subject of the tender is the provision of IT specialists to perform work on the development of IT systems Merlion on time & material terms for a period of up to 36 months. The work is carried out remotely, the working hours should be close to the interval from 10 to 19 Moscow time.

The price of the contract must include the cost of: direct services, costs associated with the execution of the contract, incl. insurance costs, taxes and other mandatory payments and other costs directly or indirectly related to the performance of this contract. All taxes, fees and other mandatory payments associated with the fulfillment of obligations under this agreement, the Contractor pays independently in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The organizer of the procurement has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals at any stage, without bearing any responsibility to the participants in the procurement procedure or third parties to whom such an action may cause losses.
