Обоснование: Заявка участника АО «МЦМ» отклонена согласно Протокола рассмотрения заявок № ПРС 241019/15 от 24.10.2019: в соответствии с п. 5.3.4 Документации о проведении открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме, так как заявка не соответствует п.4 (з) приложения № 2 к части II «ИНФОРМАЦИОННАЯ КАРТА ЗАКУПКИ» Документации о проведении открытого запроса предложений в электронной форме. В соответствии п. 7.5.1.в. Единого стандарта закупок ПАО "Россети" (Положения о закупке), (протокол заседания Совета Директоров ПАО «МРСК Северного Кавказа» от 25.12.2018 № 363) процедура закупки признается несостоявшейся.
