Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the act of delivery signed by the Customer — acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor's invoice within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) for contracts:
- with the contract price up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single Contractor - industry organization (without price limit);
- with SMEs.
b) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of documents provided for by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
Under the documents referred to in this paragraph, the Parties agreed to consider:
- certificate of acceptance of services rendered;
- invoice

The originals of the documents referred to in this clause are transmitted by the Contractor to the Customer in any way that can reliably establish the date of such a transfer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:
Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
