Before the end of the deadline for accepting the Qualification part of the application (statutory documents, Appendix No. 3_Bidder's Questionnaire and Portfolio), tender participants must provide samples of materials for the manufacture of each nomenclature item in the terms of reference: fabric (product material, sole material, etc.), accessories (drawstring , zipper, fastener, buttons, etc.); test samples of materials provided by the Bidders must be numbered indicating the articles and names of each sample and its composition. The sample must be made from the same material and using the same technology, which will be used to produce the originals in the future.
Strictly (!) To send on 03.24.2021 (from 10:00 to 18:00) to the address Deligatskaya 4 (by courier) / Krasnoproletarskaya 4/2 (by mail) samples of materials for the manufacture of each nomenclature item in the terms of reference. When submitting samples, be sure to attach a completed and printed file "For samples-fill"
Stage II - request for commercial proposals. Only participants who have passed the qualifying selection in stage I are allowed;
Stage III - rebidding. The right to carry out rebidding remains with the Customer;
Stage IV - to assess the quality of products based on the results of the tender, 3 finalists will be asked for signal samples (indicated in Table 1) of all catalog items for which they participated. Samples will be evaluated and tested by the Customer's expert group.
